Cannes

Set on the hills above Cannes, this private residence is conceived as a contemporary Mediterranean retreat shaped by light, landscape and views toward the sea.
The architecture is organized around a sequence of generous living spaces that extend naturally toward terraces, gardens and the swimming pool. Large openings create a continuous relationship between interior and exterior, while shaded areas and carefully framed views provide comfort and privacy throughout the day.
Inside, the project combines refined proportions with a restrained material palette of natural stone, warm timber, textured plaster and bespoke joinery. Five private suites, wellness and fitness spaces, and generous reception areas are integrated within a calm and cohesive architectural language.
Rather than imposing itself on the site, the house is designed to belong to its landscape. Its horizontal volumes, deep thresholds and mineral materiality create a discreet yet distinctive residence, balancing contemporary elegance with the relaxed atmosphere of the French Riviera.
